Pricing:

Pricing for accounting services has two possible structures depending on the task and frequency.

Hourly: Starting at $25.00/hr

Monthly: Starting at $250.00

Prior to the start of work, we will provide a written estimate regarding the number of hours required and the cost to complete the requested services.

Bookkeeping

With MAD Accounting's tailored services, bookkeeping on a daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis is possible. Along with updating and logging transactions some of the other services available are:

Financial reporting
Budget design
Budgeting review
Invoicing
Bill payment
Additional services are available and will be discussed with the client upon request.

Administrative

I have a great deal of experience working within Microsoft Office, with a focus in Excel. MAD can assist your business outside of just bookkeeping. Whether tracking sales and performance, calculating retention, or simply collecting essential data I can assist in making those critical decisions easier by helping to put vital data within reach quickly.

Payroll

Whether using your current payroll company, or handing over services to us, MAD Accounting can assist in:

Tracking time
Calculating payments and taxes
Calculating both employee and company contributions to retirement funds
Distribution of all above payments

Individual Services

These services may include:

Account reconciliations
Review/Audit of charges for legitimacy and proper assignment
Numerous months or years of bookkeeping at once to get caught up
Transition to another accounting system such as QuickBooks Desktop to Online
Initial accounting software setup
Integration or "syncing" of outside resources such as merchant accounts
